What airport should I fly into?
San Diego International Airport is the biggest commercial airport closest to Oceanside. It's about 40 miles/45 minutes away from downtown Oceanside and 45 miles/1 hour away from Botanica. The airport has car rental companies, ride share options and shuttle service.

What is the easiest way to get to and from the wedding venue?
There will be a shuttle provided from SpringHill Suites by Marriott to Botanica and back. We'll communicate the shuttle pick-up/drop-off times as the day gets closer. Shuttle will pick up at 3:00PM sharp.
Botanica has a large parking lot for those that have rental cars. Rideshare options (Uber/Lyft) are also available in Oceanside.
Is the venue indoors or outdoors?
Botanica is an outdoor venue. Both the ceremony and reception will be outdoors. If it's raining, we'll move the reception to a tented area.
Oceanside can be warm in the day and cool off at night, so we recommend bringing a jacket! There will be heaters on-site as well.
What should I wear to each event throughout the weekend?
Dressy Casual - Something that you'd wear to a nice dinner
- Men: Leave your blue jeans at home and break out your collared shirt!
- Women: Casual dresses, skirts, trousers all work great.
Cocktail Attire
- Men: Dress pants and a collared shirt. Jacket and tie optional!
- Women: Mid to full length dresses, power suit or jump suit. Don't forget a jacket!
After Party Attire
- Come as you are or change into something comfy. Whatever keeps the party vibes going.
Have you reserved hotel room blocks?
We do not have an official room block. We recommend that guests stay at or near the SpringHill Suites by Marriott in downtown Oceanside, as most of the weekend events will be located there.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?
We wish we could celebrate with everyone, but your invitation will indicate the number of guests included in your party.
Am I allowed to bring my children?
We love your kiddos, but the wedding ceremony, reception and after party will be adult only. Kids are more than welcome to join for welcome drinks on Saturday, November 16th. We appreciate your understanding and please reach out with any questions!
