The ceremony will take place outside. The reception will take place both inside and outside.

The closest airport is Pensacola International Airport, though not many airlines fly into it. It is located about 15 minutes or less from many of the hotels we have selected. A better option might be flying into Destin-Fort Walton Beach Airport, which is roughly an hour from the hotels. We recommend looking into renting a vehicle for the weekend. Uber is very common in the area if you choose that route.

No, the ceremony and the reception are located at The Orchards Event Venue.

Yes, there is plenty of parking available at the venue. Follow the signs displayed. Vehicles cannot be left overnight.

Due to the venue having a strict deadline, if you do not RSVP by March 5th, 2025, then you will be automatically considered a "no." If you need an extension for any specific reason, please let us know as soon as possible.

The Orchards of Molino is a certified wildlife habitat of the National Wildlife Federation and is a no smoking/ no vaping property. Absolutely no smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. Any guest found violating this policy will be required to leave.

Due to limited numbers, we hope you understand that children are only allowed if named. Your invitation will be made out to "The {your last name} & Family" if your children have been invited. Our venue request that children are not present prior to the ceremony and that they are always accompanied by a responsible adult. Children are also not permitted to explore or run around the venue. However, we do encourage you to use this evening as a "night out" for yourself.

The ceremony time is at 4:30pm.
