There are several options for how to get from the airport to Boulder and back.
1) You may be thinking about renting a car. We recommend doing so if you are interested in seeing some of the sites in the mountains. You also have the option to rent a car for the day once in Boulder to see the sites. If you plan to just stay in town, you might not need a car (see getting around town, below). We are planning to have transportation available to/from the wedding from select hotels (definitely the Millennium, possibly another). If you choose to stay in another hotel, you are still welcome to meet us at the Millennium for a ride. Please, no drinking and driving! Tip: www.Kayak.com or other search engines are a great place to compare prices, and then the websites themselves typically can offer you other deals and discounts! :)
2) Super Shuttle goes directly from the airport to Boulder (and other stops in Boulder and Denver). The shuttle is $27 a person each way. You book this in advance on their website, www.supershuttle.com. Sometimes people know this company as "the blue van" or "1-800-blue-van." They run shuttles often leaving Boulder to the airport, making this an easy and reliable option. It may take a bit longer than the 45-60 minutes if there are other stops that the shuttle has to make along the way, and this will depend on who is on the shuttle with you.
Another shuttle service option is Boulder Green Ride Green Ride Boulder. 303-997-0238
3) Public transportation will also get you from the airport to anywhere in Boulder. You will take the AB Bus Line from the airport to the Boulder Transit Center. You should not have to transfer buses. This costs $13.00 one way. We recommend looking up the details of this option as the specific info could change. Google maps says the trip is 1 hour and 20 minutes.
4) You can always take a taxi (flat rate of $88 to Boulder and $55 to Downtown Denver).
We will be staying at the Millennium Harvest House Boulder. A room block is also available at this location.
Things to note:
* We cannot guarantee room availability, so we suggest booking as soon as possible.
* PLEASE check their rates online first. The "Advance Purchase" rate has been slightly cheaper ($5.00) than the rate they are providing us with the room block. We do not know how long the advanced purchase rate will last.
*If booking through our room block, reservations must be made by calling the Reservation Agents directly at 303-998-2480. Reference the Wright/Lepping wedding. The room block will be held until April 2nd.
The following discounted rates are being honored for the dates of May 2nd through May 4th:
Standard Room: $149.00 (discounted from $179.00)
Standard Garden Room: $159.00 (discounted from $189.00)
Superior Room: $189.00 (discounted from $225.00)
Superior Garden Room: $209.00 (discounted from $249.00)
We are working on transportation options from the Millenium Harvest House to/from the wedding venue.
There are many options for getting around Boulder (and even to Denver).

Taxis are an ecomnical way to get around town, since the distances aren't very far.
Weather permitting, a preferred mode of transit in Boulder is by bike. There are many bike rental locations throughout town. They can be rented by the hour, or by the day. Here are a few options:
Victorian elegance surrounds you the moment you step through the door of Hotel Boulderado, a National Register of Historic Places and one of the National Trust's Historic Hotels of America.
Denver really is exactly one mile high (5,280 ft). Boulder is a little bit higher at 5,430 feet.
Don't let anything you hear about the mile-high altitude scare you. The air is just thinner and dryer. In fact, many people with respiratory problems move to Denver for the benefits of the dry air. Just follow these simple tips and you will very likely not even notice the difference.
Before your trip to Denver, and while you are here, drinking plenty of water is the number one way to help your body adjust easily to our higher altitude. The low humidity in Colorado keeps the air dry, like the desert, so you need about twice as much water here as you would drink at home.
In Denver's rarified air, golf balls go ten percent farther... and so do cocktails. Alcoholic drinks pack more of a wallop than at sea level. It is recommended that you go easy on the alcohol in the mountains and in Denver, as its effects will feel stronger here.
Foods such as broccoli, bananas, avocado, cantaloupe, celery, greens, bran, chocolate, granola, dates, dried fruit, potatoes and tomatoes will help you replenish electrolytes by balancing salt intake.
The effects of exercise are more intense here. If you normally run 10 miles a day at home, you might try 6 miles in Denver.
With less water vapor in the air at this altitude, the sky really is bluer in Colorado. But there's 25 percent less protection from the sun, so sunscreen is a must. Denver receives over 300 days of sunshine each year (more than San Diego or Miami). Bring sunglasses, sunscreen, lip balm... even in winter.
Two days before your trip to Denver, check the weather and use this information to pack appropriately. Because Denver is closer to the sun, it can feel much warmer than the actual temperature during the daytime, but then become very chilly after sundown, particularly in the Spring and Fall. It is best to layer your clothing.
