Friends that became Lovers

This story begins in 2011, in the Psychiatric Emergency Room at Elmhurst Hospital — a place that felt, at times, like a hopeless corner of the world. Jaison and Ashley were co-workers who quickly became friends. Alongside their colleagues, they shared lunches, celebrated birthdays, and supported one another through professional and personal milestones. Jaison would often stroll by with what he believed were smooth one-liners, to which Ashley would respond with a playful, “Bye, Jaison.” And just like that, the flirting began. Ashley claims Jaison made the first move, but — naturally — he insists otherwise. If memory serves them correctly, it all truly began with an unexpected kiss in the closet of a bar… one he definitely initiated.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;

Over time, their bond deepened into something unbreakable. They enjoyed countless dates, wild parties, quiet moments, and family gatherings. They became best friends — and eventually, a family. With three daughters to raise (Bella included), they embraced the chaos and beauty of life together. Ashley earned her degree. Jaison took a leap of faith and transitioned into a new field. Together, they left the Psych ER behind and reshaped the paths of their careers.With their shared success came an important decision.... Marriage then New HouseOrNew House then Marriage? It was a no-brainer for them — as you all know, the house came first, then marriage, and even the arrival of their son, Jaison Jr. They've always done things their way and at their own pace. That’s exactly why their love story continues to blossom, thrive, and grow beyond their wildest dreams.
