For those who are in town Thursday, we welcome you to join us for cocktails and some pre-wedding celebrations. We will have a cash bar and dinnner will not be served, but there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Check out our "things to do" tab for our recommendations.

Upon arrival look for the Parakeet Cafe located on the far left side of the hotel (when facing the building). The elevator to the rooftop is located past the cafe and lobby. Parking at the venue is available for hotel guests ONLY. Street parking is available in the area but will be very difficult to find. Both Uber & Lyft are available in the area and we recommend using ride share services to and from the venue. Whether you drive yourself or catch a ride, please keep in mind that it is summer time in a busy beach town. Please expect traffic and plan accordingly.

Join us for a little after party if you’re feeling up to it! A short walk up the hill from the venue is a divey little bar called The Spot where we can grab some late night bites and a few more drinks. We will have the front section of the bar reserved and will plan to head over as a group when the wedding reception is over.

For anyone staying in town after the wedding, we would love to spend some of Saturday with you! We will be hanging out at Beach House in Mission Beach (about 15 mins from La Jolla) starting at 1pm on Saturday, This is a bar type venue, kids are welcome but please note tables may be hard to come by! We plan to spend a few hours hanging out so feel free to get there later than 1pm and leave whenever- but the earlier the better, due to crowds! We cant wait to re-hash the night with you!
