When is the RSVP deadline?
The RSVP deadline is June 1, 2023. If you cannot attend, we will miss you and would appreciate you letting us know as soon as possible. If you miss the RSVP deadline, we may be unable to accommodate you at our wedding, as we will send the final headcount to our vendors shortly after the deadline.
What time should I arrive?
Please plan to arrive promptly at 4:30 and find your seat, so that we may start the ceremony on time.
What should I wear?
We would love for our guests to take the opportunity to dress up with us! The dress code is formal, think suits, button up shirts and dress pants, and cocktail or formal style dresses. No jeans, shorts, or hats, and no colors traditionally reserved for the bride (white, ivory, beige, etc.).
Can I bring a date?
Due to limited venue space, we can only accommodate the guests specifically listed on your RSVP.
Are kids welcome?
While we love your kids, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.
What is the wedding timeline?
The ceremony will begin at 4:30 and last about 30 minutes. We understand it will be hot outside and plan to keep the ceremony brief. The ceremony will be followed by cocktail hour from about 5:00 - 6:30. The reception, including dinner, drinks, and dancing, will follow cocktail hour and last until 11:00.
Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
Our ceremony will be held outdoors, followed by the cocktail hour. The reception will be held indoors.
Can I take/post pictures?
We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. We ask that all phones and devices be silenced and put away during the brief ceremony. We have an amazing photography and videography team whose job it is to capture the most important moments of our lives. So please, just be present with us and enjoy our ceremony without distraction. We kindly request our guests to not post any photos of the bride and groom to social media platforms before the bride and groom have the opportunity to do so.
What's the parking situation?
Plenty of parking is available on site! If needed, cars may be left overnight, but must be picked up by 10:00 am sharp the next morning.
Will there be an open bar?
Yes! Beer, wine, and signature cocktails, will be provided free of charge. We just ask that you please drink responsibly.
