HOW DO I GET TO THE VENUE?

(1) Harry Reid International (LAS) Airport:

If you are flying into the LAS airport, we strongly recommend renting a car or taking a taxi directly to the venue site or your hotel. The LAS airport is a 2 hr 30 minute drive to Springdale, and a 2hr 45 min drive to the venue site. The drive is extremely scenic and weaves through beautiful iconic landscapes. We have done the drive many times and it is truly a treat!

Alternatively, you may book a shuttle ahead of time from the airport to Springdale via St. George shuttle by visiting their website or calling 435-628-8320. Once in St. George there is a shuttle service to get to Springdale which is ~15 mins from the Venue.

(2) St. George Regional Airport:

This airport has more limited flight options, but is only about 45 minutes from the venue. We recommend booking flights ASAP if you choose this option!

*** Of note - you do pass through a time zone from Las Vegas to Utah (1 hour ahead). ***

Car Rental

You may consider sharing a rental car for the benefits of sharing the cost, sharing the long drive, and sharing the parking if you go into Zion National Park.
