Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Charlotte Belmont
We have blocked off 15 rooms at the Fairfield Inn at Belmont. It is about 6 miles from the venue. They have also extended the same rate for Thursday Sept. 5th for those coming in early.

Hampton Inn Charlotte-Belmont @ Montcross
Hampton Inn Belmont is right down the road from the Fairfield. There are 10 rooms blocked off but we will increase if demand increases.
You can call to reserve rooms using code TMW. Otherwise, use the link attached.
LAST DAY TO BOOK IS AUGUST 7th. After that, we can not guarantee a room or the discounted rate.
If you would like to stay elsewhere, there are a couple more hotels listed below that are close to the venue.

Transportation
32 passenger shuttle will pick up and drop off in Charlotte and both Belmont hotels(with the room blocks). Do not be late- it will be runnning on a tight schedule.


Schedule and addresses below:


Charlotte pick up-3:00pm: Legion brewing West Morehead(2013 West Morehead St Charlotte NC 28208)
- There is a huge parking lot in the back. Uber or drive and park in the lot/street parking in our neighborhood across the street. Grab a beer before hopping on the bus if you would like.
- Bus will leave no later than 3:00pm.


Hampton Inn- 3:40pm: (820 Cecilia Alexander Drive):
-Bus will leave no later than 3:40. Please be in front of the lobby early and ready to get on:)


Fairfield Inn and Suites 3:55pm- : (1 Caldwell Drive):
-Bus will leave no later than 3:55pm. Again, please be out in front of the lobby early! Last stop before getting to the venue, please be on time so everyone can get to their seats before the ceremony starts at 4:30.


Important notes:
- Bus will drop off in reverse order after the reception. Drinks throughout the night are encouraged; however, please be mindful of bus driver policies:)
- This is a complimentary shuttle and the largest bus they had. There should be room for everyone; however, please be prepared to drive if necessary.
