We first met at Buckhorn prom in high school as two teenagers who had no idea that night would change everything. After that summer, we got to know each other even better and quickly became inseparable over Christmas break.

When Jake went back to Purdue to play baseball, we started our long-distance chapter. For two years, we cheered each other on from miles apart, growing up and learning along the way. Eventually, life led us down different paths for a little while, but as it turns out, God had other plans.

 After Jake graduated, we found our way back to each other, and it truly felt like coming home. This past summer, he proposed at Boone Hall Plantation in Charleston, South Carolina. We even got to recreate all of our favorite “Notebook” moments!

Now we can’t wait to start the next chapter, forever. 🤍
