GPS directions to the Iowa State Fairgrounds, or 3000 E Grand Avenue, will bring you in the west entrance (Gate 11) directly on to Grand Avenue between the Varied Industries Building and Grandstand. The Ag Building (where the butter cow is during state fair) will be directly ahead going east on Grand, just past the Pepsi clock. You can park along any of the streets in the area and parking is free. Signs for Haley & Jake's wedding will direct you to the building entrance.

Yes. A shuttle will be running to the fairgrounds from the hotel prior to the ceremony and will take a few trips back to the hotel during the reception.

The shuttle will be leaving the hotel twice before the ceremony, at 3:10 and 3:55. One trip will be made between the ceremony and reception as long as it is not raining, leaving the hotel at 5:40. If it is raining, the wedding party will be using the shuttle. The shuttle will be leaving the fairgrounds to return to the hotel at 8:30, 9:30, 10:30, and 11:30. Space on the 11:30 shuttle may be limited with the wedding party returning to the hotel.

Attire can be casual. Jeans are perfectly acceptable.
