Indoors or outdoors?

Definitely indoors! Wedding is in late July, so it's all indoors.

What're we wearing?

Keep in mind it's going to be late July, but we'll also be indoors. As for color; blue, purple, and green pastels. Accent colors are white/cream and silver gray along with rose gold. The theme is fantasy with inspiration from Lord of the Rings and Legend of Zelda. Don’t stress too much about your attire, but do dress appropriately for a wedding!

Where do I park?

The parking lot just outside of what's called the University Center is public, so you are free to park there. It is right next to our venue building. In the map below, we will be in building 18. The map has a legend that should help you get to the correct parking lot.

Is the venue handicap accessible?

Yes! There are ramps from the parking lot and an elevator that opens up directly in front of where the ceremony and reception will be held. There is a handicap restroom on the ground floor in the building and there is even a lactation room upstairs.

Dinner plan?

We're going to have a taco bar! We will have chicken and beef options as well as soft and hard shells, sautéed veggies, and various toppings. There will be cupcakes for dessert.

Can I bring my pets?

Unless they're a service animal, please don't bring your pets.

General Information

Once again, no phones during the ceremony. We do not want phones in our photos. We hired a photographer for reason, please trust in his work. You will be asked to silence and put away your phones when the ceremony commences.

We will not be serving alcohol. Do not bring alcohol, do not arrive for the wedding intoxicated, don’t even complain that there’s no alcohol.


There will be absolutely no glitter 🗿, no confetti 🗿, no streamers 🗿, and no balloons 🗿. James and Bree don't like them, so they will not be allowed in the building, even and especially if they're a part of your outfit (don't try it, any contaminated items will be thrown in a plastic bag).


NO, and I mean it sincerely, NO costumes or other outrageous outfits allowed! You will be asked to leave if you arrive in a costume.
