Due to limited venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless it is specifically indicated on your invitation envelope. For example, your envelope might list "(Your Name) and Guest." For families, it will list "(Your Name) & Family" or "The (Your Last Name) Family." When you go to RSVP, you will be able to see the exact number of guests you can include in your response. The address of the wedding ceremony and reception are all in the same location: The Fields Reserve- 2479 Glenn Dr, Stoughton, WI 53589. Yes, it is full handicap accessibility throughout the property! To give you a general idea of the venue, when you are coming near Glenn Dr. there will be a sign with an arrow that says "The Fields Reserve." When you arrive, please follow the arrows leading up to a windy road which will take you in the secluded, wooded area where you will see the entire venue up on a little hill!

Yes, the venue has ample on-site parking including an overflow parking area. They also allow guests to leave their car parked overnight at the property! They just ask that the cars are picked up by 10:00 AM the next day.

Our venue offers the option of having our ceremony in their outdoor area, weather permitting. However, if Wisconsin decides to snow in March, the ceremony will be held in the white chapel, which is indoors and equipped with heating and cooling systems. The reception will be indoors, with an outdoor area available for sitting and relaxing if you would like.

Attire: Semi-Formal We ask that you wear semi-formal attire to our event. (i.e. sundresses, jumpsuits, pants & buttoned shirt, etc.)

Although we love your children, we regretfully cannot accommodate everyone's children at our wedding due to restricted numbers. This pertains to children of all ages including infants, toddlers, kids, and teens. Please refer to the RSVP tab to see if we are able to accommodate your children. If we are unable to invite your children, we hope that you will see this as an opportunity to let your hair down and enjoy the party with us!

We'll be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a sit-down dinner with a choice of a buffet with a selection of meats, salads, and other side dishes will be served. If you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know when you RSVP.

Please arrive at 2:30 ensuring you will be able to find a seat and not miss any special moments. The service will start at 3:00.

We would love to have an unplugged wedding ceremony so that our guests can fully immerse themselves in the moment and be present as we exchange our vows, without distractions from their devices. However, during the reception please take all the photos and videos you desire. If you can, share them with us because we would love to see moments of you capturing our special day! :)

We DO NOT want anyone drinking and driving. The Fields Reserve (of course) agrees. As such, they will allow guests to leave their vehicles overnight at the venue but ask that you pick them up the following morning at 10:00 a.m. PLEASE NOTE: We will also be providing a shuttle service to and from the hotels and venue. Please refer to the "Hotels" tab for the hotel and shuttle information.
