~Fairfield Inn & Suites Madison East for $119 - $ 139 per night
*Both of these hotels are located next to one another. Our shuttle services will be able to transport you to and from each destination.

Courtyard Madison East
Shuttle Information:
Please note that the shuttle will only be providing service to and from the Courtyard Hotel. If you are staying at the Fairfield, you will need to either walk or drive to the Courtyard Hotel to access the shuttle.
Shuttle service to the Fields Reserve for the ceremony will be available at the following times: 1:00 PM, 1:45 PM, and 2:30 PM.
For guests using the shuttle from the hotel, please note that reservations are required for the ride to the ceremony only and will need to be done at the front desk.
After the ceremony, shuttle service from the venue will be available at 10:00 AM, 11:00 AM, and 12:00 PM.
