Getting to the island

There is no airport on Andros so everyone will have to fly to either Athens or Mykonos and take a ferry, but be sure to look carefully at the ferry timetables so that you arrive on Andros in time for the Welcome Drinks at 8pm on Friday, having checked-in to your accommodation and made your way to Batsi.

If you fly to Athens, you need to get to Rafina ferry port. Take a 30-minute airport taxi, Uber or you can take a local bus for €5 (cash only) .

Bus stop to ferry port located here

You can buy ferry tickets at the port. The ferry from Athens is 2 hours and the ferry from Mykonos is 4 hours.

On the Island

In order to maximise your enjoyment on the island in between the scheduled events, we suggest renting a car; however, we do not encourage drink driving! Please note, most cars will be manual, although you can book an automatic if you need one. Be sure to bring your drivers licence with you. Lastly, there is no Uber on the island but taxi services are available.

June 13th: Welcome Drinks at Capriccio in Batsi

Parking spots are available in town, or you may choose to take a taxi to and from Batsi.

June 14th: Ceremony on Fellos Beach

We will provide shuttle buses from Perrakis Hotel and Andros Holiday Hotel from 6pm to arrive before the ceremony begins at 6.45pm. You may park on the beach but at the north end only. Please do NOT park at the taverna.

June 14th: Reception

After the ceremony, guests will walk from Fellos Beach to Andreas' Taverna. Wear comfortable shoes that don't mind sand and dust. This is Greece, so no one really knows when the night will end, but shuttles to Perrakis Hotel and Andros Holiday Hotel will be provided from 2:30am. If you wish to leave earlier, you will need to arrange your own taxi. Numbers will be provided nearer the time.

June 15th: Golden Beach Party

Guests staying at the Perrakis Hotel can walk. Parking is available or you may choose to take a taxi.
