If your RSVP included a plus one option, then yes! If you are unsure, please ask us first.

We truly wish we could invite all our guests’ children to our wedding however we are only able to invite the children of our immediate families.

We ask that you please refrain from taking photos and videos during the ceremony. After the ceremony take as many as you would like, we would love to see what you capture.

The ceremony will be outdoors, weather permitting. If the weather does not cooperate, the ceremony will be moved inside the Chalet. Reception will be indoors with patio access.

Parking is available in the lower parking lot. Parking in the upper lot in front of the lodge is prohibited due to Fire Marshall and Emergency Vehicle access. Please use the parking lot in front of the lodge as a drop-off zone only. The only vehicles that are permitted to park in front of the lodge are staff, elderly, and handicapped. Vehicles may be left on the property overnight; the gates will be unlocked the next day from 10:00am to 2:00pm to access vehicles only. We are currently working on shuttle options as well. We suggest that men wear a suit or dress shirt and women wear a dress or dressy separates. We kindly ask that you do not wear jeans.

There will be snacks served during cocktail hour and dinner will be around 6pm.

If you were thinking of giving a gift to help us on our way, a gift of cash towards our honeymoon would really make our day, however if you would prefer a gift we have prepared a small registry.
