What time does the wedding ceremony being?

The ceremony at the Cathedral Basilica will start PROMPTLY on time at 2pm. Please arrive approximately 15 minutes prior to start time and account for travel time, accidents, traffic, weather etc. The church already explained they will not wait for any guests arriving late to begin the ceremony. Please plan accordingly!

Can I take pictures at the church?

We will be asking all guests to PLEASE keep the ceremony unplugged. All cell phones & cameras are to remain off during the ceremony; we want all of our guests to be present in the moment with us. We have hired professional photographers & videographers & we do not want all of our guests cell phones in our professional photographs.

Is there a dress code?

Absolutely. There is a gap in-between the church & the reception, so your evening attire is not required at the church. Please keep in mind that appropriate attire is by the church. Evening Reception- formal attire PLEASE be respectful of the bride & groom and refrain from wearing white dresses. Thank you in advance.

Will there be transport to & from the hotel?

YES! When you call to book your room, you must tell the number of guests staying in the room. This is to ensure the hotel provides enough buses to bring guests to the venue AND back at the end of the night. Pick up times to be given at a later date.

When can I book my hotel?

Right now! The room block for the hotel is already open & waiting for reservations. You will not be charged until you check in!

Can I bring my children?

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time so you can celebrate with us!

Is there an after party?

Absolutely! Details to be determined at a later date.

How do I know if I received a plus one?

Your formal invitation will be addressed to you and the specific guest whom is invited with you. We have a strict guest list to stay on budget & our celebration is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed by name on your formal wedding invitation. Your RSVP card will have a place stating how many seats are reserved in your honor. If you are unsure, please reach out to Jamie or Kyle to clarify.

What is the latest day to RSVP?

Your formal invitation will have an RSVP date that all RSVP's must be submitted by. Our venue has given us a date that they must have a final head count by & we must adhere to that. If we do not hear from you by the RSVP date on your invitation, we will assume that you will not be attending our wedding. If you forget to RSVP, there will not be a seat for you at the reception.

I have allergies and/or dietary restrictions, can your venue accomodate that?

Absolutely! If this pertains to you, please let us know when you RSVP of any restrictions so we can let the venue know. In addition, please let staff during cocktail hour & your table know as well.

I have moved since I received my save the date, what do I do?

If you have moved since receiving your save the date, PLEASE reach out to Kyle or Jamie with an updated address for your formal invitation.

Is your rehearsal dinner open to anybody?

Due to limited space, our rehearsal dinner is only for those in the ceremony, we apologize in advanced. We can't wait for you to join us for the ceremony, wedding reception, and afterparty!
