We recommend that you arrive 20-30 minutes before our 4:00pm ceremony time. This gives us enough time to be on schedule. If you are late and the ceremony has started, we ask that you stand in the back until the ceremony is finished and then join us at the reception! We also ask that you don't arrive too early as the bridal party will be doing photos on the grounds prior to the ceremony. Please do not arrive before 3:30pm or you will be asked to come back later.

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be held on-site at Elle by Stella. The ceremony will be held outside (weather permitting) and the reception will be in an indoor space. As our wedding is in April our fingers are crossed for nice weather but please dress appropriately for an outside ceremony.

We will have a shuttle service to transport guests from the Marriott hotel to the wedding. The shuttle will leave the hotel at 3:30pm. After dinner the shuttle will be making trips back to the Marriott hotel.

There are numerous hotel options within 10 minutes of the venue. Our venue is partnered with the Courtyard by Marriott hotel and if you access the accommodation tab on this website you will see a discount code for booking.

We will have transportation to and from the designated hotel and venue and we encourage you to use it! However, if you are not staying at the hotel, you can drive or schedule an Uber for pick up at the end of the night. If you choose to drive, there is a large parking lot on the grounds of the venue. You can leave your car in the parking lot over night but your car needs to be picked up by 10am the next morning.

We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding an adult only event with the exception of our three nephews. We hope you understand & can enjoy a fun date night!

We’d love to see our friends and family dress up with us! We are requesting formal attire for our wedding.

We kindly ask that you avoid colours traditionally reserved for the bride - white, ivories, and creams.

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally addressed on your wedding invitation.

If you choose to drive there is a large parking lot out front of our venue for guests. Cars may be left at the venue overnight and can be picked up by 10:00 AM the next day.

We are having an “unplugged” ceremony. We have hired two photographers and a content creator to capture all special moments. So we ask that you put phones and cameras away during the ceremony. However, you are more than welcome to bring them out during the reception!
