While the ceremony starts at 3:00pm, guests do need to be taken to the ceremony site. We suggest you arrive around 2:30pm to allow time to transport guests.

It sure is! The ceremony site and reception site are within the same venue. Our guests will travel by wagon to the ceremony site and then back again to the reception site. If you have mobility issues with getting into/out of the wagon, please let us know as they do have a golf cart that can take guests back and forth.

We request that you not take pictures with a camera or your phone during the ceremony. We have an incredible photographer (check out the pictures on our Photo tab!) who will be snapping away so you can be mentally present with us during the ceremony. We promise she'll share all her pictures with us! Feel free to bust those cameras and phones out during the reception though!

It's easy! We are using TacBoard and you can text all your pictures to 970-695-8449 and they will be uploaded into our gallery. All the pictures you take after the ceremony, we want to see them! Please share them!

Yes! So many! After the ceremony, you'll head back to the reception site. Near there you'll find the "watering hole" so you can get a beverage. To the side of the reception site there will be lawn games, a playground for kids, an animal farm and a bonfire pit (with all the makings for S'Mores)! We want our guests to enjoy all of the activities the venue has to offer. Check out the "Things to Do" tab for more info!

The music and bar will close at 10:00pm due to a township ordinance, but you don't have to go home. We plan to hang out at the bonfire pit and the patio for a while afterwards!

Yes, we will have an open bar. We ask that you drink responsibly and that no one under 21 years of age consumes any alcohol. There will also be soft drinks, keg root beer, lemonade, tea and water available. Please feel free to tip the bartenders!

If you book a hotel room at the Courtyard (check our Travel tab for details) you are welcome to take the shuttle that will be provided. If you book elsewhere or don't need to stay at a hotel, transportation will not be provided.

Yes, there is a parking lot on site. If you are staying at the Courtyard and need to take the shuttle back to the hotel, you can leave your car overnight at the venue.

Cocktail or semi-formal attire will be the most appropriate for the occasion!
