Wedding Day Shuttle
Pre-ceremony pick up information
Two shuttles will depart from:
Stop #1 -Springhill Suites at approximately 4:30 PM
Stop #2 - Silver Cloud Stadium at approximately 4:45 PM. Anticipated arrival to Hideaway Cellars by 5pm.
Look for a small sign displaying Kane & Jamie Wedding which will be placed on the shuttle buses.
The shuttles will run throughout the night, making multiple return runs to the hotels. This provides our guests with flexibility of timing as the evening ends.
Please note that alcohol and food consumption are not permitted on the buses.
Alternative transportation options:
Using ride-share services such as Uber or Lyft is easy to do in the city and is a great option for getting to and from the venue. You can even think ahead and reserve these rides so that you don't have to worry about it later on in the evening!
There is free parking on-site at the venue so you are welcome to drive if this best suits your needs.

Shuttle service will be provided to the venue from both locations.
Seattle is filled with great Airbnb and VRBO options too! If you plan to stay in town longer these are often more economical and great for larger groups.

On-site self parking is available for $40.00 (plus applicable parking tax) per day.
Reservations must be booked directly through the hotel’s website on Marriott.com
Reservations are not subject to a “cut- off date”.
Rates are non-commissionable and subject to availability.
Silver Cloud Hotel - Seattle Stadium
Online Reservation:
1. Select arrival and departure dates and input the number of guests
2. Click "Check Availability"
3. Click "View Available Rates" for your preferred room type
4. Click "Reserve" after reviewing rate details
5. Enter all guest information: Name, Address, Phone & Email
6. Comments: Provide Estimated check-in/out time, Special Requests, etc.
7. Click "Accept cancellation policy"
8. Click "Make Reservation" and a confirmation email will be sent automatically
Phone Reservation:
Call the hotel directly at 206.204.9800 ask for the “Merrill-Whipple Wedding" rate and a guest
service agent will assist with booking your reservation.
The Hotel provides secure valet parking on-site, based on availability at $48.00 plus tax for registered guests.
A maximum of four individuals are allowed per guestroom, regardless of guestroom type.
Please note an additional $20.00 taxable fee is applied for each adult beyond double occupancy.
