We would love our friends and family dressed up with us! We are requesting a formal dress code for the evening. This is not a black-tie event. For gentlemen, a suit and tie or a dressy blazer with slacks. For ladies, we suggest a floor-length dress, midi dress, or elegant jumpsuit.

Reservations will be accepted only until July 31, 2025. While you're not required to stay at Eagle Ridge Resort, please note that ride-share options like Uber are extremely limited in the area. We suggest planning transportation in advance if you are planning to stay off-site.

If you’re staying at an Eagle Ridge hotel, you're in luck—no transportation is needed since the hotel is conveniently connected to our venue! For guests staying in an Eagle Ridge house or villa, we’re pleased to offer complimentary shuttle service to and from the venue. To reserve a ride, simply reach out to the front desk with your location, the number of passengers, and your desired drop-off point. We recommend making your request as soon as possible after receiving your room number to ensure availability.

We love your little ones—but for this special day, we’re planning an adults-only celebration (with the exception of the bridal party). We hope this gives you a chance to enjoy a night off and celebrate with us! We appreciate your understanding!

Due to limited space at our venue, we are only able to accommodate those formally invited on the invitation. If you received a plus one, it will be noted on your invitation.

Our ceremony will be held outdoors and our reception will be held indoors.

We will be having an unplugged ceremony (no mobile phones or cameras), so please do not take photos during this time. We have amazing professional photographers to capture these memories. Please feel free to take as many photos as you'd like before the ceremony begins. Please do not upload any photos on social media of the bride and groom until they've had an opportunity to do so.
