While you're not required to stay at Eagle Ridge Resort, please note that ride-share options like Uber are extremely limited in the area. We suggest planning transportation in advance if you are planning to stay off-site.

We have reserved a block of hotel rooms at Eagle Ridge Resort. To receive the discounted rate, please book your reservation by July 31, 2025, by contacting the resort's Reservations Department directly at 1-800-892-2269. Be sure to mention the Wieckiewicz/Kuta Wedding or Group #69C33X when booking. Please note that rooms within the block are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. We encourage you to book early, as availability cannot be guaranteed after the deadline. Please note that any reservations made online will not receive the wedding discounts or show up in a rooming list. Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Eagle Ridge will do its best to accommodate early arrivals.

If you arrive on Friday and are unable to check in early, you will have ample time to check in and settle into your room before cocktail hour begins.
