What is the address of the ceremony and reception?
The ceremony and reception are both being held at Laural Mill. The address is 350 Heltonville Mill Rd, Heltonville, IN.
Is there parking available near your wedding venue?
Parking is available, however it will be limited. Carpooling is highly encouraged. Parking spaces will be in the lawns surrounding the venue. Staff at Laural Mill will be available to direct you to the parking locations upon arrival of the venue.
Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outdoors and the reception will be indoors. In the event of rain, there will be umbrellas available for those who would like, or both the ceremony and reception will be held indoors.
Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?
We will not be reserving hotel room blocks, however we have a list of nearby hotels for you to look into:

What is the dress code for your wedding?
Formal. Please avoid wearing white, hunter/forest greens, and rusty orange, as those are our wedding colors.
Am I allowed to bring a plus one?
Plus ones will be clearly labeled in your wedding invitation. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accommodate additional guests beyond those specifically listed on the invitation due to limited space and our venue’s capacity.
Am I allowed to bring my children?
As plus ones, children have been clearly defined on your invitation. If your children were not listed, unfortunately the capacity of attendees had been met and we cannot accommodate any more guests.
Will there be an open bar?
There will be a cash bar only, and will also include non-alcoholic drinks. The caterer will also provide lemonades and teas at no charge.
What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?
Please arrive no later than 3:00 pm to allow for parking, and getting everyone seated. The ceremony will start promptly at 4 pm.
What time will your wedding reception end?
The reception will officially be done at 11 pm. Michael and Janay will be leaving the venue at 10 pm with a last dance and grand exit, so make sure to stick around to see it and be involved in their send off as Mr. and Mrs. Wood.
Will there be a time gap between your wedding ceremony and reception?
There will be about a 60-90 minute time gap starting at 4:30 to allow for wedding party photos. The reception will start at 6pm. There will be appetizers and the bar will open while photos are being taken.
Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?
To help create a more intimate atmosphere and allow everyone to be fully present, we kindly ask that guests refrain from taking photos during the ceremony. We’ll have a professional photographer capturing all the beautiful moments, and we can’t wait to share those photos with you afterward.
