To and from the wedding venue

Please note that transportation options are extremely limited in the area. There are no bus routes and one taxi. It is a good idea to plan a designated driver if you are staying outside of Ladysmith. We have arranged for groups of taxis to arrive at various points in the night based on your RSVPs. Please let us know as soon as possible if your plans change so we can make sure everyone gets a ride.

Parking is available behind the building and along the street. You can also park on residential streets nearby. Please do not park in the grocery store parking lot across the street.

Travel information from the mainland

Ferries:

You can take the BC ferry from Vancouver to Duke Point or Departure Bay, or the high speed Hullo ferry to downtown Nanaimo.

Duke Point is the closet ferry terminal to Ladysmith by about 30 minutes.

Float Planes:

There are also float planes that will take you from Vancouver to downtown Nanaimo or Maple Bay.

From Nanaimo, head south toward Victoria to get to Ladysmith.

From Maple Bay, head North toward Nanaimo to get to Ladysmith.
