Where should we stay?

We're getting married in North Berkeley. We're still looking for housing, but we will likely move to Oakland or South Berkeley. If you want to be close to us, we recommend staying at a hotel or an Airbnb in any of these areas, but near the church might be the best option as the wedding will start early Sunday morning.

If you're getting an Airbnb, it might be easiest and cheapest to stay with others who are attending, so LA folks please coordinate to get a place together if you want to save money!

If you can't afford to get a place for the weekend, we would be happy to host as many people as will comfortably fit at our home, and we can reach out to church folks to see who can host as well. Please don't be shy. We're hosting this last minute and on a budget, so we understand it won't be easy for everyone who wants to attend to spend the extra money on such short notice.

How will we get around?

Public transportation is very convenient near us, so as long as you're staying near a bus stop or BART station, you should be able to get to the wedding and pre- and post-wedding activities easily. If you need a ride, we would be happy to scoop you up as well, and we can also help coordinate rides with others who are attending.

Where should we fly into?

San Francisco tends to be the cheapest airport in the area, and public transport from there to Berkeley is fairly easy. The Oakland airport is closer to Berkeley and is a slightly more convenient option.
