so here is the story of Jesse and I, told from my perspective.

I met Jesse at our young adult church group.

It took some time for us to actually talk to one another.

in this time I noticed Jesse’s interest in me so I knew I had to run away as far as I could. But over time I could feel my feelings shift as I observed him at church.

Every year our young adult group plans a trip. It was at this trip that I knew I liked him but he didn’t need to know that. A couple days later, with the help of krystal and Ronald, Jesse would confess his feelings for me and I shared mine. With time we got together on September 1st.

i got to see this man in who he is and his walk with the Lord and admire him. From that day forward it’s been an honor to be his girlfriend, now fiancé, and I couldn’t wait for the day for him to propose. One year later at a lavender farm he would and I couldn’t be happier.

This is Jesse, and this is my take on how Janice and I got together.

I met Janice at our young adults church group and instantly thought she was cute! But it took about two years until I actually talked to her and created a friendship. As we continued to talk to one another over instagram, phone-calls, text messages, and hang-out in group-settings, we would experience adventures together with a zeal vacation trip (where we confessed feelings for one another), a soccer game (Visca Barca), we shared our first dances together, and I would eventually ask her to be my girlfriend on September 1, 2023. It was then that through pursuing our relationship with Jesus that we knew early-on that we wanted to get married. As discussions about marriage continued to arise, we decided to do some ring-shopping and crafted Janice's dream ring to where on September 14, 2024, I proposed to her on a lavender farm. AAAANNNNDDDD HERE WE ARE NOW!!!
