Once upon a time in the middle of life, God decided to give Jaysson and Janiesha a fairy tale.

In March 2023, Jaysson and Janiesha swiped right on each other. Jaysson was immediately captivated with Janiesha. So much so, he told her, “Evie Jacobsen has a nice ring to it” the first day they spoke. Their first date was a movie date on April 1, 2023 to see John Wick 4. While they both enjoyed the movie and the date, Janiesha was a little unsure if Jaysson liked her as much as she liked him *cue the church hug*. Jaysson and Janiesha decided to have a second date the following week and have been inseparable ever since.

During their romance, they discovered their shared love of all things Harry Potter and Avatar: The Last Airbender. They also found joy in learning of their different hobbies and personal interest. His passion for Power Rangers, anime, and Greys Anatomy and her passion for books, Disney, and horror movies.

As their friendship grew to love, they quickly knew there wasnt anyone else with whom they would rather spend their lives.

On October 8, 2023, Jaysson and Janiesha spent the morning at Jaysson's home church, Springfield Baptist Church in Reidsville, Georgia. After church, they took a trip to the Jack Hill State Park and enjoyed a photography session for their anniversary. During the photo shoot, their close family and friends arrived on the dock to give Janiesha a red rose each. The final six roses were delivered by their combined siblings, a special message on each, with the final rose asking, "So will you marry me and be my Pink Ranger Forever?" With tears in both of their eyes, Janiesha gave a resounding yes!
