Attire for guests

Formal attire! This means-- Dress to impress! Women-- Dressy jumpsuit or pantsuit, knee-length hemlines or longer for skirts and dresses. Men-- suits, ties, tux-optional Absolutely no sneakers, jeans, crocs, or flip flops.

What will the weather be like?

Our nuptials and will take place outside followed by a covered pavilion reception- please wear sleeves and/or bring a jacket, coat and/blanket to keep you warm.

May I bring my children?

Unfortunately, no. While we love and adore your little ones, we have decided to keep this as an adult-only event, with the exception of those in the wedding party. Take the night off, and relax a little bit!

Arrival

Our ceremony will begin at 3:00 pm. Please try to arrive around 2:30 pm but make sure you are there no later than fifteen minutes prior to our start time so you are able to find your seats. If you should arrive late, you will have to wait until the ceremony is over.

Parking

Ample parking and assistance will be available for your convenience.

May I bring a plus one?

Our wedding is strictly invite-only. Due to limitations, we can only accommodate those listed on your invitation. You will need to RSVP to attend, otherwise you will not be included in the final count, foregoing a seat and a meal.

What do I do if I RSVP and Find out I can't come?

If your plans change, please update your RSVP response immediately. As there is limited attendance, your spot may be offered to someone who was unable to attend originally.

What's the wedding hashtag?

Please post pictures and videos under #AisleBetOnTheJacobsens, so we can easily find pictures and videos from the wedding.

When is the RSVP deadline?

YOu MUST RSVP by December 1, 2024 via the link provided on the invitation or texting Janiesha at 912-682-0235. We have to provide a final headcount to our venue and vendors, so we must meet the deadline. Therefore, we will not be accommodating any late RSVP's.

Is the ceremony unplugged?

Yes, the ceremony is unplugged. We have carefully chosen talented photographers and videographers to capture our special day. Please refrain from blocking candid and staged opportunities by using your cellphones, and allow them to make the day magical for all of us.

Can we post to social media during the wedding?

Please respect the bride and groom’s wishes and allow them to post the first picture to social media and enjoy the moment.

I’m nervous.. what if I get cold?

No worries, we got you covered. We will provide heaters, fire pits, and more to reduce any issues with cold weather. We also encourage you to dress to impress from head to toe in your warmest garments.
