Madi is a friend of Maddy from middle school. For 13 years they've shared many memories including being college roommates and traveling together during their study abroad program in Germany. Since then, they continue to meet up and do double dates, making memories alongside the two wonderful men in their lives.

Riley is an ICU nurse working in Los Angeles. She lives there with her husband Drew (groomsman), along with their dog and cat. Riley met Jared and Maddy through Drew, who was friends with Jared in highschool. The four of them became fast friends and love doing double dates together! Jared officiated Riley and Drew's wedding and both Maddy and Jared were in the wedding party!

Allison is Madeleine's cousin aka sister cousins! Growing up together, Allison and Madeleine were never not laughing, and haven't stopped since. Whether is was sleepovers at their Grandma's house sharing a pot pie, playing board games at family holidays on the heated bathroom floor or playing Overcooked for hours on end while drinking all the boba, they've shared a lot of great times together. Allison first met Jared many years ago when he had delivered a McDonald's milkshake to Madeleine late one summer night. She quickly learned that him and Madeleine were a quirky match! Over the years she's gotten to see them grow together and become the best doggy parents to sweet Odin. Allison can't wait to celebrate with the happy couple and be apart of their special day!

Jessica met Madeleine when she was two years old and they officially became sister-cousins. Between stealing Maddy's Easter eggs, endless games on heated bathroom floors, and now exploring new cities into adulthood -- Jess feels so grateful Maddy and her were born into the same wild family. Jess met Jared shortly after Maddy and him started dating; and knew he was the one during their first Christmas together. Jared dawned the ugliest of Christmas sweaters and got into a battle of the movie quotes with Maddy. Jess watched them get lost in their own love filled world and knew that was it. Jess is so excited to be invited into their love filled world on their big day.

Melanie has know Madeleine her whole life! Being cousins, they have many fun adventures, including playing board games on her mom's heated bathroom floors, watching hours of quality television (specifically Are You the One and Bridal Plasty). and so much more. Melanie met Jared through Madeleine of course! He intriduced Melanie to WingStop chicken tenders and for that she will forever be grateful. Congrats to the happy couple!!

Maddy and Jocelyn met about 6 years ago though the men in our lives! Little did we know that this friendship would turn into us packing up and becoming roommates in LA. Maddy and Jocelyn spent many days watching Love Island, getting Taco Bell, and making weekend trips to Disneyland. Maddy is one of the funniest people and I am so excited to be standing by here side on such a special day. Love you Maddy!

Audrey is Jared's favorite (only) sister and can't wait to gain Maddy as a sister! It became clear to Audrey early on that Jared and Maddy are a perfect match. Their love for Legos, Disneyland, and Chilis (Why??) as well as their immense kindness are just a few of the things that Maddy and Jared share. Audrey has always wanted a sister and could not be happier to officially welcome Maddy into the Matusich Clan, although she has been apart of the family for years now.

Yadi and Jared met their freshman year at LMU - bonding over Crash Bandicoot and their shared love for groomsman, Alex. A few years later Jared brought Maddy into Yadi's life and they became fast friends! These last few years have been filled with laughter and adventure, from dressing in Bob's Burgers costumes on Halloween to wedding shopping and every latte and cocktail in between. Whether on a Madewell shopping spree or lounging in PJs while discussing reality TV, Maddy and Yadi have created countless memories that will forever home a special place in their hearts.

Danielle (aka Big D) recently decided to become a first time plant mom and the little guy is still going strong after 3 months - woo! We can't wait to see if it's still thriving by May of 2024. Jared and Danielle go way back, they went to high school together and she met Maddy through him. Fun Fact - the night before Jared and Maddy's first date, Danielle saw Maddy at a party. Not knowing her at the time, she decided it was the right move to go up and let her know how excited she was for their date. Thankfully she didn't scare her off! Can't wait to celebrate Jared and Maddy's big day!

While Jared and Nathan technically met as rivals on the little league field, neither really remembers that, so they both consider freshmen year of high school to be the start of their friendship. They quickly became linemates on their roller hockey team together, and the rest is history: starters, powerplay specialists, and ultimately multiple time champions. After the college years separated them, they reunited in San Jose before moving in together with their respective partners in Los Angeles until that fateful year of 2020 hit. Though they're once again multiple states apart, this friendship can never die.

Brother of the Groom, and a man who is most famous for breaking his elbow in a horrific leap frog accident (no, I'm not making that up.) Now, he also lives in Los Angeles where Jared and Maddy reside, and they all enjoy exploring the food scene of LA together, usually on Sean's dime. He now works for TikTok, where he'll tell you that he's in the licensing department, but we all know he secretly loves doing those viral dances, even if he won't admit it.

Jared and Alex were, as fate would have it, randomly paired as roommates for their freshman year at LMU. Before they officialy met, they talked over Facebook and decided on an agreement that would be the foundation of their friendship today: Alex would bring his TV for the room, and Jared would bring his Nintendo Wii. Their friendship quickly blossomed into brotherhood (more specifically Super Smash Bros) and the rest is history. They made mutual friends, unsuccessfully tried to get into frat parties together, and ultimately lived together during college three out of the four years. Today, they're as close as ever, as are their partners, Maddy and Yadi, and they all can't wait to celebrate each other's coming marriages in 2023.

Jared and Drew met through mutual friends during their high school years, as a heartbroken Drew asked Jared for a ride back to his car, that he couldn't completely remember where he parked it. Years passed, after many late nights hunting for ghosts in a pitch black park and swapping stories with friends under bridges, and partaking in elaborately named New Year's Eve parties, and they both found themselves working in the film industry in Hollywood. Drew got Jared his first job on set, and they've been best buds again ever since, to the point that Jared even officiated Drew's own wedding this past year. They're both looking forward to living it up on the dance floor, like in parties past.

Another friend from film school, Jared and Kyle lived down the hall from each other three out of the four years of college, and the stories and film arguments they've shared are countless at this point. Known for his often bushy beard and the colorful crocs on his feet, Kyle is a true character, something that shines through every day, now that they both live together in the same house in Los Angeles. While he won't be donning his Crocs for the wedding, it's certain that he will be boogying on the dance floor with Jared for years to come.

Another blurb, another film school friend that currently lives with Jared and Maddy. Matt lived directly next door to Jared during their freshman year at LMU, though as the semester passed, Matt spent more and more time in Jared and Alex's room, mostly because of his own terrible and messy roommate, but also because they were just becoming such darn good friends. Today, Matt is the "sound man," always sharing his knowledge of a new, preposterously named indie ban or flipping a new record on our vinyl player while he works on audio engineering from his laptop. He's the man, and you best believe he'll be vibing to the funky beats at the wedding.

Three in a row: another film school friend! Kevin also lived down the hall from Jared, and like others in this group, unsuccessfully attempted to get into parties out the back gates of LMU with Jared, even being there one night when Jared was pelted by a rogue egg thrown from a passing car. Kevin is affectionately known as the quiet, book-loving screenwriter with the Boston accent, and, like everyone else in this group, is a total sweetheart. After three years together in the Los Angeles house, Kevin just recently moved out to be with his partner, but the chair he always sat in was left behind, in memory of the quiet, considerate former roomie that was always ready with a snarky quip or sharp joke. Look for him at the wedding as the tall man with tears of joy falling down his face, the big lovable softie.
