Q + A

I can't make it to Denver, will there be a live stream?

Yes! If you can't make it, or we didn't have enough room during the ceremony (the venue could only hold a max of 50 guests), we will be live-streaming the event through FaceBook. Please see the button below for the live stream.
To the Wedding!

How will I find the ceremony inside the Denver Botanic Gardens?

The Gardens will provide directional signs to our specific venue. Look for the ones that say "Enchanted Blooms - Jase and Tycho's Fairytale Wedding" and follow them to our location. If you're still lost, please feel free to contact [TO BE DETERMINED]. Their contact information is at the top.

Is the wedding inside or outside?

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside and the reception will be inside.

What if it rains?

We'll be having our wedding, rain or shine! So pack an umbrella just in case. Rain is a sign of good luck for Filipino wedding superstitions, so we're hoping for a little that day! The venue is covered during the ceremony, so we won't be rained on directly if it does.

What is the weather like in early June in Denver? Will it be too hot?

Early June in Denver is an average high of 77 F and an average low of 48 F. That being said, the Denver Botanic Gardens does not allow for any electric cooling (or heating) implements to be used on their grounds. Feel free to bring a fancy hand fan and dress for an early summer event!

If this is at a Botanic Garden, are allergies a concern?

If you have pollen and/or bee allergies, we would highly recommend coming prepared to accommodate that. Please bring your medication (i.e. Zyrtec or an Epi-Pen) if you need that.

Phones - Yes or No?

At the Ceremony: No. We would love for you to be 100% present for the event and phones don't encourage that. You may keep them in your pocket and on silent during the ceremony itself. If you are concerned about capturing the moment, don't worry! We are hiring a wonderful photographer to make sure every moment is commemorated. There will also be a livestream via FaceBook that will be saved at the end of the ceremony. At the Reception: Sure! However, don't be stuck to your screen during the whole reception. This is our chance to mingle and have fun together.

I forgot something at the venue! Does the Denver Botanic Gardens have a Lost and Found?

Oh no! Yes, they do. We hope you can find what was lost. Please contact their Lost and Found at: 720.865.3550

What is the parking situation at the Denver Botanic Gardens?

Parking is on a first-come, first-served basis in its 3-story parking garage, and therefore not guaranteed. There are no parking fees. Reserving parking spaces is not permitted. We recommend carpooling or using a ride-share service like Uber or Lyft. Be sure to plan accordingly!

Can I smoke or vape at your event?

Jase is deathly allergic to smoke, so we kindly ask that you refrain from doing so at any point during our wedding day or at the reception. The ceremony venue prohibits smoking and vaping anyway.

I have food allergies/dietary restrictions, will I still be able to eat at the reception?

Absolutely! Please let us know any and all allergies, sensitivities, and dietary restrictions in your RSVP form so we can make sure we will accommodate.

I can't/don't drink alcohol, will there be more options than just soda?

Yes! We're planning to have some fun aperitifs and sparkling ciders available for those who cannot have alcohol.
