The venue we have chosen will be at Lost Acres Farm, it is an intimate family farm in Martinsburg, West Virginia. The Address: 1399 Lost Road, Martinsburg, West Virginia 25403. The time of the wedding ceremony will start at 3 o'clock PM and the reception will follow afterwards. To keep it simple for everyone, the ceremony and reception will both be held at Lost Acres Farm!

Thought we would change it up a bit and we are planning on having food trucks! For the main course there will be a grilled cheese truck called Toasted. The three sandwich options they will be providing: The OG - Cheddar/Gouda on Sourdough. The Liberty Bell - Shaved Ribeye, Grilled Onions, Cheese Whiz, White American on Sourdough. The Club - Black Forest Ham, Shaved Turkey, Bacon, White American on Sourdough. The two side options they will also provide are either Toasted French Fries and/or Toasted Tomato Soup. As for the the sandwich options, understanding that some may not eat meat, we spoke with Toasted and you will be able to take off any of the items you may not want when you are ready to order.

After you are finished your grilled cheese, there will be an ice cream truck! You will have up to three flavors to choose from (chocolate, vanilla and/or strawberry). The options you will have is to either keep it simple with ice cream and toppings, ice cream cookie sandwich, donut sundaes, and/or orange, coke, root beer floats! And of course we will have cake and other treats to share!

We worked with Toasted and they will be providing both non-alcoholic beverages and alcoholic beverages for adults (21+)

Though we are doing a rustic wedding and would love to see friends and family dress up with us, you are more than welcome to wear whatever you feel most comfortable in!
