Space in the venue is limited. Your invitation will be made out to "{Your Name} & Guest" if you have been given a plus one.

If your children are not included on your formal invitation, we appreciate you making prior arrangements to leave them home so you can celebrate with us. Unruly children will be thrown into the water hazard on hole 18.

We are requesting all guests arrive in cocktail or semi-formal attire. No jeans, khakis, or tennis shoes.

The ceremony will begin at 5:00 PM. If you are not present and seated by 4:50 PM, unfortunately we will have to ask you to refrain from entering the ceremony and we will see you for cocktail hour.

Dylan, our officiant, will be making an annoucement at the beginning of the ceremony reminding everyone to NOT use their cell phones to take pictures during the ceremony. We have paid professionals a lot of money to capture these shots for us and want everyone to be present and in the moment. As for cocktail hour and the reception, we encourage you to take as many photos as you'd like!

Indicate on your RSVP if you have any dietary restrictions. Meals can be accomodated but desserts will not be. The deadline to request any dietary accomodations is 30 days prior to the wedding date. Vegans will be publically shamed but appropriately accomodated.

If you choose to drive yourself to the venue, yes. Arrowhead is allowing us full access to their parking lot. They also will allow for overnight parking as long as all vehicles are picked up by 10:00 AM the next morning. There will be shuttles to and from the venue from the hotels we have blocked.
