They have chosen the fabulous brand new Hyatt Ziva and Zilara, and we have arranged special discounted rates/room options for you as part of their wedding weekend.

Hotel Reservations

The best way for me to manage their wedding plans is to also book and manage each guest hotel reservation so that we can cohesively coordinate all details of the wedding and make sure you are included in all wedding events/festivities. With this, you will be expansively recognized as part of their wedding group; you will appear on our final guest list that is sent prior to your arrival, including any special requests that you have made.

Please note: Availability is limited, so please book your reservation early, so you can be sure to get your desired room category.

Valerie will arrange your hotel reservation with a $100 PER PERSON DEPOSIT, so you don't have to pay for the full package at once if you don't want to (final payment for the land portion of your trip is due by July 29, 2016).

There is also low cost travel insurance available that covers cancellation for any reason.

You never know what might cause you to cancel your vacation. With the Cancel for Any Reason Waiver, you can cancel for any reason (really, any reason) and your original trip cost will be refunded. (Of course, that refund will not include the protection plan cost.) The cost of the insurance is $64.99 per person if your stay is 3 or 4 nights, and $99.99 per person if you are staying 5 nights or longer. There are discounted insurance rates for children.
