Hello! I am honored to be Monica and Jason's Destination Wedding Travel Specialist. I have worked closely with them every step of the way to help determine their destination wedding location and finalize their wedding plans. Hotel Reservations The best way for me to manage their wedding plans is to also book and manage each guest hotel reservation so that we can cohesively coordinate all details of the wedding and make sure you are included in all wedding events/festivities. With this, you will be expansively recognized as part of their wedding group; you will appear on our final guest list that is sent prior to your arrival, including any special requests that you have made. ***GUEST INFORMATION*** We are encouraging guests to book rooms ASAP!!! A deposit of only $100 per person will reserve your room.REMEMBER YOU WILL NEED A VALID PASSPORT THAT EXPIRES NO LESS THAN 6 MONTHS AFTER YOUR TRAVEL DATES IMPORTANT NOTE: In lieu of a formal RSVP, your confirmed reservation (which MUST be booked via Valerie Bennett) is considered your *RSVP*) Please see "Accommodations" for room descriptions and resort accommodations: Reservations &amp; Confirmations Please note: Availability is limited, so please book your reservation early, so you can be sure to get your desired room category. Valerie will arrange your hotel reservation with a $100 PER PERSON DEPOSIT, so you don't have to pay for the full package at once if you don't want to (final payment for the land portion of your trip is due by July 29, 2016). There is also low cost travel insurance available that covers cancellation for any reason. You never know what might cause you to cancel your vacation. With the Cancel for Any Reason Waiver, you can cancel for any reason (really, any reason) and your original trip cost will be refunded. (Of course, that refund will not include the protection plan cost.) The cost of the insurance is $64.99 per person if your stay is 3 or 4 nights, and $99.99 per person if you are staying 5 nights or longer. There are discounted insurance rates for children.
