What is the dress code?
The dress code is cocktail attire. No denim or active wear allowed by the venue.

Where will the ceremony and reception be held at the Club?
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors, and the reception will be indoors.
Is the Club at Ruby Hill private?
Yes, guests can enter the Club via two entrances: Ruby Hill Boulevard from Vineyard Avenue, and Ruby Hill Drive from Vallecitos Road. Ruby Hill is a gated community, and guests will check-in at the security gates at either entrance by providing their names.
Should I budget additional time getting into the Club and parking?
Yes, we recommend budgeting an additional 15 minutes to get through the entrance gates and park at the Club.
What will the weather be like?
The average daily high for July 2nd is 83°F, and the average low is 63°F.
Are children invited?
Although we love children, we regretfully cannot accommodate them at the venue due to space limitations.
Are you able to accomodate special dietary needs?
Yes, please let us know your special dietary needs (gluten-free, vegetarian/vegan, allergies, etc.) with your RSVP.
Can I take photos during the ceremony?
We love photos! We do ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony, as we’d like that time to be unplugged. For the rest of the wedding, we encourage guests to take photos and post them using our wedding hashtag #JayFindsHisBey so we can see them, too!
Are you registered? Where should we ship your gift?
Your presence is more than enough! Should you wish to give us a gift, details can be found on our registry page.
Is transportation provided? Is parking available?
While we are not providing any formal transportation for the events, our ceremony and reception are taking place in the same area. There is ample free parking for those who feel comfortable driving, and Uber and Lyft are great options for those who don’t. Please stay safe and default to a ride service or carpooling if you plan to drink.

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?
We have reserved a block of rooms for our guests at the DoubleTree by Hilton Pleasanton at the Club in Pleasanton. Please visit our "Travel" section for the booking link.
There are also many other hotels in Pleasanton and Livermore in close proximity to the venue. We recommend booking your stay in advance as our event takes place during a holiday weekend.
