They are both taking place at Conrad Mansion. The ceremony (if weather allows) will be outside in the Fountain Courtyard. The reception will be inside at the Carriage House.

There are many Hotels in Marshalltown which is 15-20 minutes away. They book fast though, especially with us getting married on a holiday weekend. The Hampton Inn & Suites, Holiday Inn Express, and Best Western are all located in Marsahlltown.
