I’m sure many of you are having this question! I promise all is okay! Due to a close family member having a baby and other close family members being unable to make it, we decided to postpone our special day. We truly struggled with the idea of not having those people there with us, and decided we should push it back. It just means the party will be bigger and better!

Our ceremony and reception will be held at the same location. The address is: Venue Chisca 1009 SW Washington St. Peoria, IL 61602

We are so thrilled you are traveling to celebrate our special day with us! Peoria has an airport, General A. Wayne Downing Peoria International Airport. The airport is home to Allegiant, American, and United airlines. Peoria is approximately 2.5 hours away from the Chicago airports. If you choose to fly into either of the Chicago airports, we recommend you rent a vehicle to get to Peoria. Uber and Lyft are available in Peoria to assist with transportation around the town.

Our ceremony will be at 4:00 pm, so we recommend arriving by 3:30 pm. If you are staying in the Pere Marquette Marriott or Four Points by Sheraton, there will be a shuttle to take you to the venue and back.

The ceremony will be held outdoors. We will provide hand fans in case it is a very hot day. The reception will be held inside. Should there be bad weather, we will move the ceremony inside.

We would love see our guests dressed up but still able to get down on the dance floor! We are recommending our guests dress semi-formal (ex. midi length dresses, dress pants and a button up/polo with or without a tie).

We love your kiddos! However, we have decided to keep our ceremony and reception an adults-only event unless otherwise specified. We encourage you to use this as a date night to dance, socialize, and have the best time! Thank you so much for understanding!

If your guest name is listed on your invite when you RSVP, then yes! Your invitation will be made out to "{Your Name} & Guest" if a plus one was given to you. Due to limited capacity, we can only allow the people named on your invitation. Please reach out to Jaymee or Gabe for any questions about this!

There is ample free parking at the venue. There is a large parking lot, along with street parking. You can park overnight at the venue, if needed!

We do not have a shuttle picking people up to get to the ceremony, however we will have a shuttle bringing guest back to the hotels (Marriott & Four Points). There are Ubers and Taxi’s available to get you to Venue Chisca. Please don’t drink and drive!

There will be open bar with beer, seltzers, wine, and soft drinks! If you would like liquor, that will need to be purchased. Please note that the bar is a cashless bar. However, the bartenders can only accept cash tips.
