Our wedding is technically outdoors, but under a large stone covered pavilion. There are shades, fans, and curtains to help with the potential heat. The ceremony is also under the pavilion so there is no stress of the possibility of rain.

There is a parking lot directly next to the pavilion.

Gervasi is a pretty large place. There are a number of places to go on their grounds. When you pull into Gervasi, there is an entrance to the parking lot (next to the Marketplace) on your left. The Marketplace is the first building you will see on your left. If you go past the Bistro, you have gone too far. There is a stone walkway from the parking lot to lead you to the Pavilion.

The ceremony, cocktail hour and reception are all at the same location. The address can be found on the home page of our website.

Yes- we reserved a block at a hotel that is 3 miles away from the venue. There are also other options for stay on the grounds of the winery. All travel information and websites can be found on the "travel" tab on our website.

Yes! We have a shuttle service booked for the day of the wedding. The shuttle will travel from Home2Suites (information on this hotel is under the travel tab) to Gervasi. At the end of the night, the shuttle service will take two trips from Gervasi back to the hotel. The times of these two trips to and from Gervasi will be posted on the website, closer to our wedding date.

Cocktail/formal

The weather is typically pretty warm in the beginning of July. Upper 80's are expected. Fingers crossed for no rain!

We will be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a sit-down dinner featuring a dual entre and cake/dessert.

...of course! There will be a full, open bar.

The ceremony begins at 4:00 pm, directly followed by cocktail hour at the same location. Drinks and appetizers will be served at cocktail hour. The reception begins at 6:00, which is also at Gervasi (same location). The reception ends at 11:00 pm.

The ceremony begins at 4:00 pm. We would prefer all guests arrive at least 15 minutes before the start time.

The location of the wedding, Gervasi Vineyard, has a large property of great places to eat, drink and even enjoy a spa day. The Bistro, The Crush House, The Piazza, The Stillhouse, and The Cave are all great places to sit down for dinner or grab a drink. All places listed are on the same property as our wedding venue.

Our wedding ceremony will be "unplugged", which means we would prefer all guests to be present and enjoy the ceremony without the use of their phones. After the ceremony, please take as many pictures as possible!
