The room block to book is under the name Wert/Smedi.
***If you book on the website- this is a very important step, or else the hotel will appear that all rooms are booked on the website. When you type in the dates, click “special rates” and type in the code “WSM” under “group code”. Our rooms that are available will come up after you click done and then “check rooms and rates”.

A complimentary shuttle service will also be provided to and from Gervasi. The shuttle will take two scheduled trips. The shuttle trips will be at 3:15 and 3:45. There will be a sign up sheet at the front desk of the hotel. There are 13 seats for each trip.

This hotel is on the grounds of our venue and is another option for stay. We do not have a block for this hotel, but wanted to offer the option. It is a 2 night minimum since the wedding is a Friday. The price difference in comparison to the Home2Suites by Hilton is substantial.

The Villas are another option for stay on the grounds of the wedding venue. Similarly to The Casa Hotel, this option is also a 2 night minimum at a higher rate per night in comparison to the Home2Suites. We do not have a block reservation for the Villas, but wanted to list them as an option if you are looking to stay on the grounds of Gervasi for the weekend.
