One glorious Tuesday night at the Kollege Klub, an infamous watering hole at the University of Wisconsin, Jen spotted Jacob from across the bar. Insistent upon meeting him, Jen found her way over to where Jacob was standing. She quickly found herself at a loss for words, and all she could muster up the courage to say was “do you want a tequila shot?”.

And the rest is history.

Over the past 8 years, Jen and Jacob have enjoyed traveling all over the world together, as well as frequently spending time with their families in Steamboat and Door County. They are excited for their next big trip to Thailand for their honeymoon.

As new homeowners in Lincoln Park, Jen and Jacob look forward to starting their married life together in Chicago, while continuing to enjoy the things they love - running, skiing, and spending time on the lake.
