Please arrive no earlier than 1:00 pm and park where directed and walk down to the venue. If you require handicap parking, please let the attendant know and there will be reserved parking for you. There will be a guest book sign in, audio guest phone recorder and someone to hand out welcome bags for each person. Please enjoy refreshments and a photobooth before the ceremony and thumb through our program for the evening.

We would love to make sure we get to talk to each guest and thank them personally for coming to celebrate our day. To ensure this we would like to get a photo with every guest before dinner begins. Once you have taken your photograph with the Bride and Groom, find your names on the seating chart and our coordinator will let you enter the reception tents to find your seats. Dinner will be buffet style BBQ and a dessert table. Dinner will start once everyone is seated and only after the Bride and Groom's first dance.
