Shuttle Schedule: For guests at the Airlie, the pickup point will be the Airlie House main parking lot (point 9 on your Airlie map)  2:45-2:55 PM: First Shuttle pickups at all listed hotels 3:15 PM: Second shuttle pickups at Hampton Inn Express / Holiday Inn Express / Baymont by Wyndham ONLY 3:45-3:55 PM: Final Shuttle pickups at all listed hotels   Note: for guests arriving on the first two shuttles, there will be drinks available. The tasting room on the property will also be open for your to enjoy!   9:00 PM: First shuttle departure 10:00PM: Second shuttle departure 11:00 PM: Final shuttle departure   Detailed Wedding Day Schedule:   3:15 PM: First guest arrival 4:20 PM: We ask that all guests arrive by this time 4:30 PM: Wedding Processional to begin 5:00 PM: Cocktail hour 6:15 PM: Reception hall open 11:00 PM: Grand exit and final bus departure

TRAVEL

There are several local airports a short drive from both DC (for those attending the rehearsal), and from Warrenton/Bealeton (for those attending the wedding only). Please see options below if you are choosing to fly: - Dulles International Airport (IAD) ~45 min to Warrenton / ~50 min to downtown DC - Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA) ~1hr to Warrenton / ~20 min to downtown DC - Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI) ~1hr 45 to Warrenton / ~1 hr 15 to downtown DC

REHEARSAL / WELCOME PARTY LODGING

If you are either invited to the rehearsal dinner or planning to attend the welcome party, you may need two sets of lodging. We welcome our guests to stay in DC Friday night for city festivities, and then move to Warrenton for Saturday.&nbsp;

WEDDING LODGING

Hotel are ordered from most to least expensive. Please book according to your budget and needs, and feel free to reach out if you cannot find something that works for you! Reminder when booking: if you are attending the rehearsal dinner it is in Washington, DC and we are not planning to provide transportation back to Warrenton on that night. Update: hotels are filling up fast, so I recommend booking ASAP!
