Shuttle Schedule:
For guests at the Airlie, the pickup point will be the Airlie House main parking lot (point 9 on your Airlie map)

2:45-2:55 PM: First Shuttle pickups at all listed hotels
3:15 PM: Second shuttle pickups at Hampton Inn Express / Holiday Inn Express / Baymont by Wyndham ONLY
3:45-3:55 PM: Final Shuttle pickups at all listed hotels


Note: for guests arriving on the first two shuttles, there will be drinks available. The tasting room on the property will also be open for your to enjoy!


9:00 PM: First shuttle departure
10:00PM: Second shuttle departure
11:00 PM: Final shuttle departure

4:30 PM: Wedding Processional to begin

11:00 PM: Grand exit and final bus departure
