There are plenty of great hotels on Disney property or in the Lake Buena Vista area. Our favorite is the Swan and Dolphin, where the wedding will take place. See below for room block information.

To book a room:

- Use the online form in the link above. Alternatively, you can call in-house reservations.

- Operating Hours are Monday-Friday 8:30am-6pm EST and Saturday and Sunday 8:00am-5pm EST

- Call 800.227.1500 and select Option 1 (if requested).

- The Group Name/Code to reference are: Siegel and Callahan Wedding/ SI6138.

- If you have a Marriott Bonvoy number, have that handy to add to your reservation.

- Please ask for the DISNEY EXPERIENCE CONFIRMATION # (8 digits). This is the number you need to link to Disney reservations if/when you start making those.

A few caveats:

- Rooms may have a king size bed or 2 queens. You can request a specific bed type, but it is not guaranteed. If you want to guarantee a specific bed type, they'll charge $20 extra a night.

- Rooms are based on double occupancy. If you want to have 3 or 4 adults (18 yrs and older) in the room, you'll unfortunately need to pay $25 a night for each person AND the $20 for bed type as they won't guarantee you'll have two queen beds.

- Note that you need to accurately reflect the number of people in a room in order to make Disney park reservations.

- If you book more than one room for multiple adults, give a different adult's name for each room for more easily linking to My Disney Experience, the Disney reservation system.
