Our uniquely designed tasting room provides a relaxed atmosphere overlooking beautiful Seneca Lake in the heart of Finger Lakes Wine Country. Edgar’s Restaurant in the Castle is nestled inside historic 1880’s Belhurst Castle on the shores of Seneca Lake. Order a bottle of Belhurst wine before dinner and soak in the history of the Castle. Enjoy a dinner like no other complete with mouth-watering flavors and a dessert tray that will satisfy your sweet tooth!

Casual pub-style food and a fun family atmosphere are the center of Stonecutters Tavern. Enjoy our own craft beer, Mabel’s Oat Soda Co., have a cocktail at the sunken bar and take in the most idyllic views of Seneca Lake and savor daily food and appetizer specials from our kitchen.
