Please keep in mind that January in Florida is during the height of the tourism season, and our wedding weekend is a long/holiday weekend for many due to MLK Jr. Day on that Monday, 1/19/2026. Hotels and flights may fill up quickly, so we encourage you to make your reservations early to secure the best options.
You can choose between two main areas for accommodations in Vero Beach:
Beachside (Barrier Island) – East of the Indian River Lagoon stretching along the coastline with oceanfront lodging, restaurants, and shopping.
Mainland (Across the Bridges) – West of the Indian River Lagoon and away from the beach, closer to US-1 and I-95.
Vero Beach Regional Airport (VRB) is located just over 1 mile from downtown Vero Beach and about a 15-minute drive from the wedding venue (Tree House Vero Beach).
JetBlue provides nonstop service between VRB and both Boston (BOS) and New York (JFK).
Breeze Airways provides nonstop service between VRB and Rhode Island (PVD), Connecticut (BDL and HVN), New York (ISP, OGS, SWF, and HPN), and D.C. (IAD).
In addition to Uber pickup service, currently, five rental car companies serve the VRB airport: HERTZ, located at Sun Jet Center, AVIS/BUDGET, located at the Airport Terminal, and Enterprise and National, located at Corporate Air. Other car rental companies offer pick up and drop off service to airport customers. Contact the rental car company directly for more information.
The bride and groom will be staying at the Kimpton Vero Beach Hotel and Spa. Our limited block of rooms that has been reserved for our guests is now full. If you’d still like to stay here, you can book directly with the hotel at their regular rate.
If those who have booked under the room block want to upgrade their room type, book additional nights, etc., please contact Elizabeth Kendall directly at 772.469.1064 or elizabeth.kendall@ihg.com. Be sure to reference the Annand Kalish Wedding Room Block (code AKW) and provide your confirmation number.
