There will ONLY be parking available at The Henderson Beach Resort (complimentary valet). Once at the venue, our wedding coordinator and The Henderson staff will direct you past the pools to the beach behind the hotel. Note this is a short walk - please leave ample time to arrive and follow staff instructions to the beach.

At 5pm, the music will begin and we will start seating our guests. The gated entrance to the beach will close at approximately 5:25pm to allow Allie, Emmie and I time to prepare for our walk down the aisle!

You can feel free to wear them, carry them, or leave them by the gated entrance to the beach. Our venue coordinator will be available to assist you if you have any additional questions.

Yes, water will be available at the ceremony. And since we can't predict the weather, please feel free to help yourself.

We are not even going to go there :) The resort staff will direct us prior to the event if there needs to be a change. In the meantime, you can all begin to pray now for sunshine and a beautiful ocean breeze. Mid 60's to low 70's would be great :)

Seated. When you RSVP, you will need to make your meal selection at that time. These options are now available; please select your meal option (filet mignon or salmon)

No we are not.

Yes! We are going to meet up at the Rooftop Bar at The Henderson from 6-8p for a "meet and greet." You can ask for directions up there when you arrive. My parents have graciously offered to provide beer and wine, as well as some hors d'oeuvres. Feel free to drop by, enjoy the view with us, and say hello! Dinner is also available downstairs at The Henderson's restaurant should you decide to stay on property. There are also a few options for dinner within walking distance.

Due to hotel regulations, the reception (and music) will end at 10pm. However The Henderson has a couple of bar/restaurant options if you want to continue to stay out and spend time with friends :)

YES! Breakfast will be at The Fairfield Inn and Suites where many of you are staying. See lodging for information on location; it is across the street from The Henderson and down the road about a mile. Feel free to drop in anytime between 8:30 and 11a!
