Step 3: Click on "Promo Code" and type in our wedding code 240720MGW (please type the code out in all caps, copy/paste will not work) and then click "Check Rates"

Step 4: The rate for a City-View Room will appear. Click on "Select Room."

Step 5: The option to select the" Medvigy & Gibbs Wedding" package will appear. Follow prompts to confirm reservation.

To Phone-in Reservations:

Please call the hotel directly at 312-280-8400 and ask for the "Reservations" department. When speaking to the Agent, please reference the code 240720MGW or Medvigy & Gibbs Wedding to make a reservation in the block.

CANCELLATIONS: Room cancellations must be communicated directly to the hotel 24 hours prior to scheduled date of arrival to avoid a penalty equal to one nights room rate, plus tax.

RESERVATION DEADLINE: The hotel will accept reservations, at this rate, until June 20th, 2024 at 12:00 AM CST. Rooms will be available until the deadline or until the room block is full.

CUT OFF DATE: The “cut-off date” is 5:00 p.m. local time at the hotel on 06/19/2024. After the cut-off date, it is at the hotel’s discretion whether to accept additional reservations, which will be subject to prevailing rates and availability.

Destination Fee: Room Rates will be subject to a non – commissionable daily destination fee of $20.00 per room per night.

This fee will cover several amenities, which include:

- $20.00 Food and Beverage Credit at 909 North, Café, or A la Carte (Food credit is PER DAY and cannot be accumulated for multi day stays)

- Enhanced Internet

- One time Entry for Chicago Architecture Center (up to 2 people per room) entry;
