Can we bring our kids to the big day?
To allow all guests to relax and enjoy themselves, we have chosen to make our special day adults only. We thank you for your understanding.
Which airport is the closest?
Mcghee Tyson Airport in Knoxville, TN is 55 minutes from Pigeon Forge, TN.
Is there a hotel with blocked rooms?
We decided not to do blocked rooms because of the nature of the area. For those considering a hotel we highly recommend the Courtyard by Marriott for convenience to the venue and/or shuttle. However there are several hotels in walking distance of the courtyard that are great options too.
Is there going to be shuttle service to the wedding venue?
Yes, there will be a couple of shuttle pick up locations. If you choose to stay closer to the venue away from town, there will be a pick up location at Elite Event Services at 1684 Waldens Creek Road, Pigeon Forge, TN 37862. For those staying closer to town, we are planning to have the shuttle pick up near the Courtyard Marriott 120 Community Center Dr, Pigeon Forge, TN 37863. There are several hotels in walking distance of the Courtyard that are great options. If you choose to stay at one of these, you will need to walk to the Courtyard for shuttle pick up.
What is the dress attire?
Somewhere between Semi-Formal and Cocktail Attire. We want everyone to be comfortable and to feel their best.
