Is there parking available at the venue?
Yes! There will be plenty of parking available. We recommend having a safe and sober plan for getting home safely at the end of the night. Please visit the "Travel" tab for hotel and shuttle information for other options. Please note that getting an Uber/Lyft on new years eve will be hard to come by and expensive. There will be limited amounts of Lyft/Uber drivers in the area of our venue.
Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
NO! We are having an unplugged ceremony. We ask that you refrain from using and turn off your cellphones/cameras/devices. We paid more than enough money for professional photography and videography to capture our big day. We do not want to see your electronics in our photos or interrupt our ceremony.
Do you have hotel block for guests?
Yes! Our hotel block is at the Haytt Place in Chesterfeild. Please visit the "Travel" tab for information regarding our hotel block.
Is there a shuttle service?
Yes! Pick up and drop off will be at the hyatt place in chesterfeild. Feel free to use this service even if you do not plan on staying at our the hotel.
When should I RSVP by?
October 29th, 2022. If you do not RSVP by this date bring a chair and a sandwich as you will not be counted in our final headcount.
What time should I arrive?
The ceremony will start at 6 pm on the dot. We ask that you please arrive before this. We recommend no later than 5:45 pm.
What should I do if I have a food allergy?
Please text Jenna or Sean and we will let our caterer know so we can make special accommodations if needed. Additionally there should be an option for you to let us know when you RSVP online.
Is there an open bar?
Of course! It's New Year's Eve!!!
