We will provide a shuttle service from Hyatt Place Chesterfield to Silver Oak Chateau. Pick-up and drop-off times are as follows.
To Silver Oak Chateau:
1st pick up (FAMILY): Departing at 4:15 pm
2nd pick up: Departing at 5:15 pm
Back to the Hyatt Place:
Early birds: 9:00pm (pick up) drop off at 9:25pm
Early birds: 10:00 pm (pick up) drop off at 10:25 pm
1st shift: 12:15 am (pick up) drop off at 12:40 am
2nd shift (only one bus): 1:15 am (pick up) drop off at 1:40 am
We recommend loading onto the 12:15 shift at the end of the night to avoid leaving anyone without a ride back to the hotel.
You do NOT need to reserve a hotel to take advantage of the shuttle. If you are not utilizing the shuttle, there will be parking at the venue, but we kindly ask that you do not drink and drive. There are limited Ubers/Lyft in the area (especially on new years eve), so we recommend scheduling an Uber or Lyft far enough in advance if you do not plan to utilize the shuttle services.
All reservations must be booked by November 30th, 2022. Reservations may be made by individual call-in. The hotel includes free self-parking available onsite. A complimentary buffet breakfast is served daily from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.

The hotel is ~24 minutes away from the ceremony/reception site. We are providing a shuttle service to and from the wedding venue (more information to come on these details).
